Butts N All

I like big butts and I cannot lie; you other brothers can’t deny.
That when a girl walks in with an itty bitty waist; and a round thing in your face.
You get sprung.

I won’t deny, I’m a fan, just like Sir Mix-a-lot, I do love big butts especially in jeans; when you have an amazing behind your jeans fitting will definitely be amazing.
I have always yearned for a beautiful behind and wondered why I didn’t have one.
So after years of squats and lunges; I’m coming out!!!! Hahaha!! Don’t mind me I can be crazy like that sometimes.
Still a beginner when it comes to big butts and small waists but I’m a believer I’ll get there.
  1. Do loads of squats (150 per day)
  2. Do loads of lunges (100 per day)
  3. Eat muscle building food (yoghurt, eggs etc)
  4. Walk a lot
  5. Let the booty building begin

    Hilarious post! I’ve been doing squats for a few weeks now and haven’t seen any changes to my derriere. I’ll try out your regimen and fingers crossed we should see a boost soon 🙂
